Très vite, il faudra lutter contre l'envahissement complet de la zone intermédiaire par les joncs. Des zones nues sont donc recrées chaque année, en déplaçant les touffes de jonc vers l'aval de façon a augmenter le nombre de chenaux et mares. La bêche est l'outil indispensable...
Ici, à gauche, Bruno Lang promène son outil en faisant des ronds dans l'eau. Un point commun avec Philippe Ollivier à l'extrême D (poing sur la hanche), une tache blanche sur la tête, signe de réflexion intense. Un manche planté verticalement supporte avec élégance le bras d'Alain Chartier (sauf erreur de ma loupe sur le document original).
